Never Underestimate the Power of Sharing

We are extremely grateful for the attendance and generous financial contributions we raised for Tunnels2Towers at the Dime. If you aren’t familiar, Tunnels2Towers is a charity which assists disabled first responders to stay in their homes by creating “smart” homes.

But the physical and emotional harm of 9/11 is far from over; there is always more that needs to be done. If you can contribute just $5, we are still raising money for this charity; checks can be sent to our address to the right.

Physical disability is not the only problem many face after 9/11: the emotional trauma continues to haunt many survivors. People have told us they can no longer “complain” to friends and family about 9/11, and our group is one of the few safe forums left for people to talk. It is; this is a safe forum for those who want to connect and talk.

SO…. when you share our WTCConnect.org site/FB page with your friends, when you share money with a charity that makes life better for our disabled heroes, when you sign our petition to recognize 9/11 as a national holiday, you are directly helping many who cannot help themselves.
